If you need more than just the personal data of your guests, additional questions are a great way to learn more about your guests. You specify the possible answers or allow for free text entry.

Ordering process
You decide whether the purchaser can optionally answer the questions or must answer them mandatorily. The question to the purchaser is asked once per order and not for the individual tickets in the shopping cart.
For each participant
Do you need additional information for certain or all participants? The participant questions must be answered for each ticket and are mandatory to receive their ticket.
Statistics and Exports
All responses are found along with customer data in the statistics center and in the exports. Thus, with just a few clicks, you can select purchasers or participants based on their responses.
